Description: A male sergeant-major oversees WAAC clerks at desks and benches indoors. ASC and WAAC clerks sort through a complex card index file spread out over several tables (the casualty records in the banqueting hall of the Archbishop's Palace in Rouen). A WAAC officer and an elderly captain distribute money at a WAAC pay parade. WAACs and RAF personnel indoors doing draughtsmen's work at desks. WAACs erect a bell tent in a camp near a village (the rest camp at Le Tréport), then strike another tent and carry it off. WAACs in bathing costumes beside the sea. WAACs cleaning and doing maintenance work on Army vehicles, possibly 41st Auxiliary Ambulance Car Company at Rouen. Three WAACs, two British soldiers and an Australian, "boys and girls come out to play", play games on the beach with waves coming over the breakwater. A WAAC in munitions uses some form of rocking device on her workbench while others perform similar precision work, apparently piston assembly, watched by RAF officers.
